Rainwater Collection & Utilization for Irrigation

This introductory course will present students with the methods of collection, storage, and utilization of rainwater for a landscape irrigation system. This course will cover the collection and storage of harvested water for a residential or light commercial irrigation system. Students will learn how to determine how much water can be collected from a surface and how much stored water will be necessary for an irrigated area. Before attending this course, students should have a basic understanding of irrigation system components and installation.
