What will I receive when I register for a Live Streaming course?
When you register for the class Introduction to Irrigation and Installation or Landscape Irrigation Design Process a student manual for that course will automatically be shipped to you. Please allow seven business days for the manual to arrive. Additional charges may apply for International shipments.
How many people may view the Live Streaming course using the same registration?
Rain Bird Live Streaming registrations are for a single person to view the class and the Rain Bird Training Certificate will only be available to the person listed during the registration process. Multiple registrations should be completed if you wish to train more than one person.
Can I Earn Continuing Education Credits by Taking Rain Bird Live Streaming classes?

Will I Be Certified After Attending A Rain Bird Live Streaming Class?
You will receive a Rain Bird Certificate of completion a few weeks after attending any Rain Bird Live Streaming class.
What equipment do I need to attend a Rain Bird Live Streaming class?
A computer with Internet access equipped with a camera and microphone that you must be used at all time during the Live Streaming class.
What is the cancellation policy for Rain Bird Live Streaming Training?
Generally, Live Streaming training courses orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for cancellation or refund. Rain Bird Training Services MAY approve a cancellation request if the registration meets the following requirements:
• The request must be made in writing via Email within 24 hours of the registration completion
• The student must not have started the Live Streaming class
Any refund request made after 24-hours or after starting the class will not be accepted.
